On the Table: A Summer Gathering
Posted on 09:00 by Unknown
Inspired by the vintage Haviland plates and their delicate wildflower motif, our newest tablescape embraces the very essence of gathering. Collecting dried flowers to line the center of the table, we chose to keep the rest of the setting minimal as to not diminish the beauty of the natural centerpiece. With seemingly endless warm nights ahead of us, the restrained, yet intentional decor keeps the table from feeling heavy and overbearing, maintaining the focus on the guests that will soon encompass the perimeter of the table. Reflecting the gentle tones found on the Haviland plates, the dried wildflowers perpetuate the relaxing atmosphere of the evening that is soon to follow. As each dried flower possesses its own beautiful character, so too will each guest bring their own uniqueness to the table, ensuring a memorable summer evening shared with a gathering of loved ones.
